Crawford Designs #107 Little Rosettes
Sweatshirt Jacket Wool Felt Applique & Hand Embroidery. Oh what a sweet jacket this is. This is a fast and fun jacket to make. We used coordinating wool fabric for the body and sleeves. The collar and cuffs came from an old denim shirt. There is no hand appliqueing on this jacket I used my sewing machine and pinned on the stems and leaves and ran a sewing line right down the centers. I left the sides alone so they would not be attached to the jacket. It gives it a 3-D look and a chenille look. The best part is that it's built over an "authentic pigment sweatshirt". The final touch was covering our own button with the sleeve fabric.
